prof. Agnieszka Kołacińska-Wow
Prof. dr hab. med. Agnieszka Kołacińska – Voytkuv graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical Academy in Łódź in 1998. In 2002, she obtained a doctoral degree in medical sciences, and in 2007, a title of specialist in general surgery. In 2013, she obtained the title of habilitated doctor, in 2016 associate professor at the Medical University of Lodz, and on April 17, 2019 – the title of professor of medical sciences. She performs consultations and surgical procedures in the field of oncological, oncoplastic and reconstructive breast cancer surgery, benign changes in the breast, as well as dermatosurgery – skin and soft tissue changes. Currently, she works at the Breast Cancer Unit Center, Department of Oncological Surgery and the Department of Head and Neck Cancer Surgery, Copernicus Hospital and the Medical University of Lodz, where she performs surgical procedures in the field of oncological, oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery, lymph nodes and skin tumors, soft tissue and melanoma. She is involved in charity work for cancer patients and projects affirming femininity in patients with breast cancer after cancer treatment.
